Autumn booster Covid vaccine and Flu vaccine campaign.
We have a ‘mop-up’ clinic at the White House Surgery, Four Shires Medical Centre, Moreton in Marsh on Sunday 3rd November.
Most patients have been contacted via text or call to book in for an appointment for either or both of the vaccines.
If you haven’t yet been contacted or would like to book an appointment please contact the surgery you are registered at to book an appointment.
Those attending appointments please try and arrive at the time booked, wear loose clothing, if you are having both vaccines you will need to be able to access both arms.
Make it clear to your vaccinator which vaccines you would like and your age for the flu vaccine.
If you cannot attend your appointment or do not wish to have the vaccines please inform your registered surgery so these can be offered to other patients.
