We are offering White House Surgery eligible patients, appointments at the Four Shires Medical Centre on Sunday 13th April and Saturday 26th April.

All patients’ details including medical records are kept on the computer. The practice is registered with the Data Protection Bureau. If you require to see your medical records this can be arranged by contacting the Practice Manager in writing only. There may be a charge for this.
