We are offering White House Surgery eligible patients, appointments at the Four Shires Medical Centre on Sunday 13th April and Saturday 26th April.

All patients are registered with an accountable GP. This does not mean that this is the only GP you can see. If you wish to know who is your registered GP please ask at reception.
