Covid Spring Booster

We are offering White House Surgery eligible patients, appointments at the Four Shires Medical Centre on Sunday 13th April and Saturday 26th April.

We are in the process of sending out invitations via text message and calling patients, if you have Not heard from us by 9th April please contact our reception team on 01608 650317 option 1 to make an appointment.
